I see a Monster in human form, only i can see them, and no one else notices the monster, but i do. I can see them far too clearly.

holy hell, an image of a bear.
I'm so confused.

Why did you post this.
I wouldn't do anything and continue on with my day.
Because the monster described on OPs post sounded like a bear!

You have noticed however, that it is gone from sight for about an hour everyday, during the hours of 3pm-8pm
Suddenly realize that five hours do not equal one hour, realize that the presence of monsters are not the only things adding up improperly in my head, and check my medication.
He explains later that it is "sometime between 3pm and 8pm, he leaves for one hour." There is a distinction. It's like, "I work for eight hours on Monday". Monday is a 24-hour timeframe, in which I work 8 hours.
Ah, but he didn't say "between," he said "during."

Probably watch it off and on for a couple more days, when I'm home try to look up any type of information about unknown creatures or things from myths.
Try for any sort of information that might be relevant before trying to confront the creature.
I'd also draw it for future reference.

So?

I can say 'I get off work sometime during 5- 6.'

It can still mean the same thing, in which case the poster seem to mean that the monster will leave an hour every day, anytime during the hours of 3pm-8pm.
There is very little difference with 'between' and 'during' in the sense of time.

Have I gone crazy or does anyone else see this troll standing around in this thread?

It's true, the choice in words was poor, however it still stands. "I work during the day" doesn't mean I only work when it is daytime or don't do anything else but work during the day. It means that, sometime during the day, I work. He also gave an example to clarify:

Example: One day at 5:30pm, you notice the monster is gone but when you look again at 6:40pm, it's back in the same spot. Another day it could be from 6:20pm-7:27pm etc...
To post another thought I had, if were not to think too much about it, I'd snipe it from my window.

No matter how creepy the situation is, if it is described using that song, it is no longer scary at all.

I would move to the country...

I mean I love my little flat, but seriously when bad things start to happen in your old neighbourhood you will be glad you moved to the highly paranoid country. Where everyone around you is armed to the teeth with guns. Never a better place to be....

i would wig out for a minute. then i would calm down and think, "damn, i can think up some cool-ass monsters!" then i would strike up conversation with it when the park was relatively empty.

Well first off I would try and take a picture, to see if it is just my eyes that can see him of the camera's as well. If he did appear in the photo I would ask a friend what they saw in the picture (but not mentioning what I saw) to gage if that image is also in my mind.

Assuming that the monster did not show up in the picture, my next step would be to see if it was corporeal. The most obvious way to do this would be to throw something at it. I would probably use something not threatening like a nerf gun, but keep a real weapon in case things go sour. If it is corporeal I will prove to someone that this is the case, by throwing a frisbee at the location (under the pretext of playing frisbee with a friend.

Assuming it is not, I will finally attempt to determine if the creature has any effect on something passing through the creature. I would take my non close friend and engineer a reason for them to pass through the creature, something like a race etc. If they notice nothing I will conclude that the creature cannot affect other people and thus there is no point telling anyone.

Finally, assuming all has come up negative, I will attempt to converse with the creature, in order to attempt to ascertain if it is part of my subconscious or is just something I can only see. I will attempt to determine this by seeing if it knows knowledge that I do not.

If it does not speak, then I will merely ignore it, since nothing else seems to have any other meaningful purpose.

A winrar is you.

OT: Well, I'd guess that I would sit there and watch him for a day. After that, I would go and try to talk to it.

Well, thank you for reminding me of my childhood nightmares. Now there's a huge robotic entity standing in my mind, about to slaughter half my school.
If I'd see it in the nonexistant park, I'd throw a pulse grenade on it.
