Im athletic. I dont want to be one of those stereo typical gamers that are fat, lazy and can hardly move.
I run minimum 3 times a week, mile and a half in 10minutes.
And im at the gym atleast 4 times a week. I only started around february last year where I was absolutely pathetic. Ive never actually been fat, ive just been skinny, but not lanky skinny.
An example of what I could do then and what I can do now is bench press, I could barely lift 10 kilos, now im doing 25 kilos with ease.
Chest press I started on 21 kilos, now pushing 70 kilos.
Free weights, struggling to lift 5 kilos, now im doing 20 kilos.
Its given me a big confidence boost atleast. You guys should give it a go.
