I have alot of muscles...to bad they dont show themselfs all to much thanks to a layer of fat

I did use to do sports climbing some till 4 years ago, i didn't have time anymore cause of school, and hasn't picked it up again since i graduated. so I try to work out at the small gym we have at the factory i work at, when i have time to spare (while on the job :p)

I dunno if I should click body-builder, cause that gives me images of huge mega-buff guys. I'm sortof muscular but nothing like the stereotypical body builder.

I hope i'll get time to start on martial arts when i start in schoolk again this fall.

I have a pretty good tone, This is comes from being athletic with several martial arts, and other things of the nature, and just all and all very physically active.

I'm not " ripped" just...show Im athletic chicks don't look too good ripped, and being damn near 6ft tall, last thing I need is something else to link me to being an amazon.

I can do 50 oush ups, but I wouldn't say i was buff. I have been described as scinny buff though, because I do have large peks, but other than that I'm fairly stick like.

Im athletic. I dont want to be one of those stereo typical gamers that are fat, lazy and can hardly move.
I run minimum 3 times a week, mile and a half in 10minutes.
And im at the gym atleast 4 times a week. I only started around february last year where I was absolutely pathetic. Ive never actually been fat, ive just been skinny, but not lanky skinny.
An example of what I could do then and what I can do now is bench press, I could barely lift 10 kilos, now im doing 25 kilos with ease.
Chest press I started on 21 kilos, now pushing 70 kilos.
Free weights, struggling to lift 5 kilos, now im doing 20 kilos.

Its given me a big confidence boost atleast. You guys should give it a go.

i do power lifting . i got some strong ass legs. i just need to get the rest of me strong. i don't care what i look like as i can get into a large shirt.

Poll should probably have an "Athletic" option replacing soccer and runner. I do a fair amount of cycling and running, but I'm fairly thin- I certainly wouldn't describe myself as muscular.

Been doing MMA (Jun Fan Gung Fu; Kali; Muay Thai; Silat & a little bit of BJJ) for 5 1/2 years now... Taekwondo for a couple of years before that and I try to go to the gym once or twice a week as well, therefore generally OK level of fitness but I have a disproportionate body: big tree-trunk legs and normal-looking arms. The guys at class call me T-Rex for this reason...

Need to improve general fitness as I have a fitness test for the RAuxAF soon and I'm thinking of going in for a white-collar boxing event in the next year or so...

im a sprinter so i have powerful legs and i fly a powerkite (4 meters big, also have a 5.5 meter one) when i was at school there was this table with chairs joined to it at oposite sides sitting 4 people each side i could tip the table to a 45 degree angle whiel no one else could, it was probly the muscles of my legs lifting that. so in the poll i voted runner.
