No, I don't buy DLC.
I view it as a form of laziness and unbridled profiteering.
To me it screams "Yes, we could have released the full game a month later and included this in it, or we could make you stump up £10 for it a month down the line..."
The Fallout 3 DLC especially talks to me in that way. (I've completed it at a friend's house & it was lackluster and best.)
