Several Different moments in the Condemned games. They are possibly the only games to really unnerve me.

Almost every part of the original FEAR. Like the one where you start climbing down a ladder and you see alma walking towards you on the platform you were just standing on, and you're like oh shit so you climb down as fast as possible and you turn around and there's fettel coming at you and then he's gone.

Any part where you weren't killing replicas was scary as hell. Then again, I was freaked by those invisible cloaking device replicas with only 3 fingers and crawled on walls like spiders...ugh.

In fact I had to give up for a while; i just played multiplayer.

Aliens Vs Predator 2. Every Campaign and especially this one bit near the end of the Predator's one.

You barely escape a bunch of Aliens in this underground series of Tunnels. You hop outside and hear a terriifying screech and a bunch of more Aliens pop up. It's not dead for you realize the same scream keeps popping up again and again.

Now as you're walking across this narrow platform thing, you hear it once more and you're greeted by a Predalen extremely close to you. It's a shame I wasted my Plasma Caster on it for I got facehugged. I just clicked fire as many times as possible damn it! Even worse is that it brought friends!
Gawd, those facehuggers really creep me out. I hate getting facehugged in AVP 2

so I was playing SegaSonic the Hedgehog in my uncle's old imported arcade (gotta get a camera to show you guys)

and I swear that game has you all the fucking time hauling your ass

but if you mean Scary, I'd say Killing Floor

so there was this time I was having my best game so far, killing all them freaks to get the grenade launcher

and I swear a Siren just grows outta my ass without making a sound, then she screams right behind me, and I was all the room dark (outside of the game) and with my headphones on surround stereo

Shogo Akuji getting buried alive in Saints Row 2. Christ that made me sweat
Really? I didn't find it that unnerving, but it was very atmospheric with just the sound of the rain in the background.

I'll just say the entirety of Silent Hill 2. Seriously, all of it. Even the path right at the very start is fucking creepy.

Hearing this song when you start chapter 10 of dead space. You enter a room full of Unitology members committed suicide by shooting themselves in the head and you see bunch small candles that have burning for a while. You see writing on wall written in blood all the bodies are laying next to each other. And then you start hearing a woman's voice singing this song. Its so creepy

Just reading that paragraph made me shiver. I need to play Dead Space someday.

Strangely enough the only thing that really unsettled me has been the water dragon fate in Jade Empire, It just seem so heartless and cruel.

Does the entirety of Fatal Frame 2 count?
Oh good lord, that scares me beyond belief.

Anyway, for me, the first time a Regenerator grabbed and ate me in RE4. The way its eyes light up....aaaagh!

Dunwich Building in Fallout 3.
I didn't find it all that scary at first, merely tense due to the fact that it's really fricken' dark and there's ghouls moaning and growling everywhere. So I make my way through the building, one-shot killing pretty much any ghoul I encounter. And then I get to a room where a large amount of the floor is ruined, and I take out five or so, but I still hear one breathing heavily somewhere in the room. So I try to make out where he's hiding, staring intently into the darkness. And when I turn around and BOOM, the fucker's not even a yard away from my face, having lunged at me to start clawing away at my nipples.

I yelped like a little girl, paused the game somehow and went out of my room to hug my mother for ten minutes before returning to just push through the ordeal.

Since then, I make a point to get the Ghoul Mask before even going near that building. Just standing in the parking lot outside the building creeps me out.

Silent Hill 2 finding PH in the flooded underground tunnels.

Novistadors in RE4. Invisible bugs that didn't die easy.
Regenerators in RE4. That damned breathing......

Ravenholm wasn't that scary after the first few zombies coming out of fucking nowhere and moaning at me. After that surprise, the threat of death just wasn't big enough to keep me on edge.

Dead Space was scary for the first 30 minutes of any playing session, but then I got used to it.

While Ravenholm itself was already pretty scary, what I found infinitely worse was when you ran into the poison headcrabs. There not even that threatening in terms of damage, they can sting you until hell freezes over and they won't kill you, but the sound they make. By the gods...that sound.

Its like a cross between the rattle of a rattlesnake's tail, the hissing of one of those south american hell-spiders and the screech of a hellbeast as it descends to devour your entire body.

Every time I hear that sound, it doesn't matter if I'm surrounded by fifty zombies or the entire Combine army, I'll immediately set myself to killing the little bastard first.

have to mention project overlord from ME2 again; most other creepy games can in someway be chalked up to youth/ atmosphere i played it in, but the end of overlord managed to freak me out as a full adult in the middle of the day. not scary in the normal sense, but very, very unnerving.

without spoiling anything, lets just say it made me feel pity greater than ive ever felt for any actual human being.

In Fable 2, when you open one of the demon doors you take a walk down a nice snowy path, see a really comfy looking hut... the moment you walk into it, there's a loud SWOOSH noise and everything is suddenly twisted, dead and burned. There are also those weird cages with skeletons hanging out of them along the way out of the door.

I hate that part.
lol i hear ya, every time i opened a demon door after that i was completely paranoid

probably was in fable 3 with the sunset house, won't spoil it but it made me fell very uncomfortable the whole time i was in there

The Ravenholm level in Half-Life 2. Especially when the fast zombies come.
Ravenholm holds a very special place in my heart. To this day it's one of my favorite video game levels of all time.

Mine though is part of the Point Lookout expansion of Fallout 3:
It starts around 1:50.
When I went up to that skeleton labeled "mom" I seriously started to freak out, not to mention the bobblehead saying "Bleh. If my kid looked like that, I'd abandon it, too.
Argh, so creepy...
