Once upon a time there was a great innovative FPS called Resistance: Fall of Man, Then Insomniac made the sequel by removing everything that was good and unique about the first game to make the unofficial Halo 4, only with no vehicles and more BS weapons.

Dynasty warriors - I fucking loved 4, and the you released 5, and some good features got cut out but i didnt mind because guan ping kicked ass, and then you killed it!

Also, GTA, god i regret buying 4 so, so badly.

When I was a kid and got my first game system, the original sony playstation, my favorite game was Spyro The Dragon. I loved every game in the series (Save 'Year of the Dragon Fly', mostly due to the crappy graphics), up until 'A New Beginning.' The fact that they were now going with a linear story plot instead of letting the player do their own thing at their own pace pissed me off. They took away the "for fun" mini-games, only let you fly once in the entire game, and that whole having to gather the little orbs to breath fire, lightning, etc. pissed me off more than anything. I have not been able to bring myself to play any of the games since, not wanting to see the game that got me into video games in the first place butchered any further.

I think I could consider myself one of the many Kingdom Hearts fan-girls. It was the first game I got when I recieved my PS2, and I've also played KH: COM and KH2. I love the story and the game play, though I think it could do with less of those "Press this now for super awesome attack" things in the boss battles.

halo 2 betrayed me with a shit ending, bland story line, and boring game play. same with bioware(?) the makers of KOTOR.

When KOTOR 2 was realised i was majorly pissed that there was almost no revan or any of the old characters. yes the game did make up for itself by being awesome but the lack of revan was a black-hole that needed to be filled and never was or will be because they're turning KOTOR into a motherfucking MMO *ANGRY FAIC*

Crash Bandicoot/Spyro The Dragon. I loved them as a kid. But after the first three of each they went downhill fast and became mascot roadkill. I still play the first three from time to time

YES. ohhhhh i remember the long days gone by mastering crash bandicoot that game(s)(1-3) is a classic dont let anyone else say so. OH god the horror i played one of those "new" crash games were they gave him a voice actor and a supporting cast of characters *shudders*. it was kinda like playing "kameo" but without the fun.

Resistance: Fall of Man was awesome, but Resistance 2 took a HUGE step in the wrong direction.

Spyro the Dragon died a slow, painful death. In fact I think it's still in the process of dying. It hurts too much to check.

I'm also struggling to like Legend of Zelda: Windwaker's transition to Phantom Hourglass and soon to be Spirit Tracks... ew.......

Can't say I've been betrayed as such, just letdown by a follow up. Timesplitters: Future Perfect was that letdown.

Aww what? i thought that game was awesome , 2 was by far the best but future perfect was still pretty damn good.

Suikoden... sort of...

While Suikoden: Tierkries is an alright game... it feels like a serious dumbing down the of the series' classic themes and a sort of half hearted appeal to a younger audience by making the challenge and complexity non existant. Basically they took one of the most Atypical JRPG series's and turned it into a Fairly Polished by extremely Typical JRPG.

Basically, if we see a Suikoden: Tierkries 2 before a proper Suikoden 6... I will feel VERY betrayed.

For now... it's just has me feeling a little bit raw.
