I've never had much luck with the fairer sex in my life time. How ever if some chick casually offered sex to me I'd turn it down without thinking twice...Then again maybe I'm just old fashion because I like the thought of romance more than the thought of sex.

don't get me wrong, there are some big headed bitches out there, but i don't think it's a normal trait of females....

No, its not weird, though im assuming there was a good motive behind it. For those who seem to think that not having sex is a good thing, and try to justify it, you're just as bad as those who brag about it and think because they have had it are the coolest people ever. It's a natural human urge that shouldn't be denied or exploited for reputation.
I've turned down sex, and it's usually been one of four reasons:
1) I was in a committed relationship and didn't want to cheat on the girl I was with.
2) As Rush Limbaugh once said of Magic Johnson: "Suppose that on the night he contracted HIV someone came up to him and said 'Magic, that woman you're about to sleep with has HIV, but go ahead and wear this condom and you'll be safe.' Do you think Magic Johnson would've slept with that woman even with a condom?" If I have reasonable cause to believe someone might have a disease, I'm not relying on a thin sheath of latex to protect me.
3) Same principle, different result: I think to myself "If I got this girl pregnant, no matter how slim the risk, would I really want her raising my kids?" I'm of the mind that just about any girl can, if the need arises, become a mother and do a decent job not fucking it up too completely, but some girls are either Ax Crazy, dumber than fenceposts, or too likely to see me as a gravy train while keeping me away from the kid. Note that girls could exempt themselves from this by being ardently pro-choice.
4) Something else far more interesting than sex occupied my time (Red Sox-Yankees, a Micky Ward fight, I just got a pizza delivered...) Probably because I could get it more or less on demand, sex wasn't right at the top of my priority list most of the time back in the day (and since I married a girl with a frighteningly high sex drive, that remains so now.)

The only two times I have ever turned down sex was when the woman was in a long term relationship with no intention of ending it. Had I not had my bowl of moral fibre for breakfast those mornings I'd probably be thoroughly ashamed of myself right now.
