Do you think a pub would get away with kicking somebody out because they are black/white/asian based on a little sign behind the bar?Spencer Petersen said:Because its private property, we really cant force the pub owner to do anything legally. Remember those "We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone" signs? I guess maybe the community can step in and boycott/protest the bar but the victim don't really have a case here.
I'd draw the line at how much PDA they were showing each other. Little Kiss here and there? I tell the crowd to stfu. Full on make out? GET A ROOM YOU TWO!!!Twilight_guy said:Well it depends on if the clientele was offended or not. If everyone there was wierded out then the owner has every right to kick them out because they were disrupting business. If hes just being prejudice against the guys then yeah that's kinda wrong.
In the UK we can, and we do.Spencer Petersen said:Because its private property, we really cant force the pub owner to do anything legally. This, I doubt very much that it was a simple kiss. I actually got the tweet the guy complained with on my feed, I think there's more to it than just simply kissing a guy and being kicked out.Radeonx said:If someone is making out in a bar next to me, no matter what gender, I'd be uncomfortable and ask them to stop.
If they got enough complaints and didn't stop, the bartender/owners had every right to remove them from the bar.
Unless of course, it was just a peck. In which case that was kind of a dick move.
