Uprising - A Pokemon RP

Eevee woke up before Lily. He stretched out and trotted around a little before remembering that today was the big day! The day he would beat up the stupid bird that hurt his eyes. He was ready, now he needed Ms. Lily to get up and go! He nudged his owner gently until she began to stir from her slumber.

Lily called Eevee back into his Pokeball after she woke up, eager to get to battle Falkner as soon as she possibly could. She made her way back into the city with excitement in every step. She was ready, willing and prepared to fight.

She soon arrived at the door of the gym. Lily closed her eyes and took in a deep breath, preparing herself to enter Violet City's Gym a second time.

"I say we just go. I'm sure everyone will get to the gym eventually." Said Gereld, though he didn't actually leave just then. Though he wasn't brave enough to admit it, he was scared shitless of going into the gym alone.

"Sounds good to me." Darrel said. He stood up, Pokemon in tow, and walked to the door. "Let's get moving before we lose our chance." Trusting that they would follow, he charged out the door and down the street, up to the Violet City Gym's door, where Lily was already waiting. He stopped a few feet away and nodded to greet her before walking up to the door to wait for the others.

" Morning Lily. You got here early, didn't you?" Said Gereld, catching up to Darrel at the Gym door.

Jason followed behind the others, having to pull his Bagon away from a vending machine which he had been very intent on ransacking. He arrived at the gym doors just a few seconds after Gereld, his Bagon following behind him at a steady pace. Jason walked over to the gym doors and leaned against the wall beside them, knowing that it would only be a matter of time before he learned whether or not he had gained his first gym badge.

"Hey Lily, ready to beat Falkner?" Jason asked.

Lily grinned. "Are you kidding, Jason? Of course I am! Its about darn time I show that cocky jerk who's the better trainer!" The anticipation was building up inside of her. She was extremely eager to get her rematch. "Shall we, then?" she asked the others smiling. After they had all nodded back, she guided them inside.

Knowing how the Gym worked, this time, Lily escorted the group onto the elevating platform. The four of them were brought up to the glass skyway. She brought them along the S-shaped pathway to Falkner's platform. She looked back at them.

"Any of you who wanna battle the other trainers can go back now. Otherwise, I'm ready to battle Falkner." Her face showed determination and excitement.

Matt sighed at seeing the others march off like that without waiting for the rest of them to come down, but since there was only Alex and Chell left there, he decided that they could take care of themselves. He didnt want to miss the battle.

As the others stormed up the path to Faulkner, who had just finished preparing the gym for the morning, he seemed confused by the sheer number of trainers coming up to him at once. "Wait, wait, wait. Are all of you going to fight me at once?" He asked, as he wondered if this was even legal by the rules and standards of the Pokemon League. Things have degraded over the past years, before this would never fly but now this would possibly be allowed... but only just. But he wasnt one to pass off a challenge like this
"And hey... your the girl from before" he said, picking Lily out of the group. "Do you think your ready so soon? You couldnt even stand against my first pokemon for more then a minute, do you want to make such a spectacle here with your friends?" He asked with a half smile on his face.

Chell walk out of the bathroom at the pokemom center, to see everyone had run off with out her, except her Alex
"Those Jerkwads, they left without us" she shouted I bet Lily tricked them into doing this, that stupid slutty ***** she thought
She grabbed Alex as she ran to the gym as fast as her feet would carry her, dragging Alex behind her
She arrived just in time to here Falkner openly mock lily, for Alex's sake she didn't laugh.
"Thank for waiting you guys real cool" she said breathing heavily.

"Cocky, aren't you, Falkner? Don't underestimate me. I didn't know what I was doing yesterday, true, but a lot can change in a day. Eevee is more than ready for you, not to mention that scrawny excuse of Thanksgiving dinner that you call a Pokemon!" Fire built in Lily's eyes. She turned to the others. "Stand back, he's mine!" Looking at Falkner, she grabbed Eevee's Pokeball.

"One on one, Falkner, you ready?" she shouted at him. "Let's do it, Eevee!" she cast her Pokeball forward, releasing the little fox. He gritted his teeth and stared down the man that beat him badly just a day ago.

Jason watched a few other people arrive, but he didn't greet them. Instead, Jason gave his full attention to Lily's battle to try and get hints for his battle with Falkner. Bagon however didn't seem that interested, instead it ran over to the trainers who had just entered the gym, looking at them curiously.

Sitting down to wait for the match to get started, Gereld felt all his blood pump away from his face in fear. It would not belong before he would have to have his own battle with Falkner.

"Okay then, same as last time?" He asked as he got a pokeball and released the pidgey from last time, it seemed eager to take on the Eevee again, and it fluttered it's wings a few times as it sized he Eevee up.
"Well then, lets begin! Start off with Sand-Attack" Falkner ordered, and the Pidgey allowed itself to fly up a foot or two off the ground before beating it's wings heavily, kicking up dust and dirt around the room and blowing it into the Eevees face, obscuring its vison.

Matt entered the gym at a leisurely pace, and joined up with the rest of the group who were waiting their turn to take on the leader. Hmm, so Lily's starting these battles. Well, looks like a victory to kick off the rest of theirs He though, watching the battle begin with interest.

"Alright, Eevee, maintain your focus. We have to finish this quickly so you can still hit him! Tackle attack!" Lily crossed her fingers, hoping that it connected. Eevee blinked its eyes a few times and shook its head to regain its vision. Seeing a bit better, he ran a beeline at his opponent, and jumped in the air as it got close to the Pidgey.

'Come on... Hit... HIT!'

"Try to dodge it!" Falkner called, as he the Pidgey stopped flapping its wings heavily and tried to dodge it, and only got moderate success. The Pidgey moved to the side in time to avoid a full hit, but the Eevee's tackle clipped the bird and it spun to it's side with the force of the hit.
"Thats okay, recover with a Quick Attack" he said as the Pidgey regained a bit of altitude and sped at the tiny fox, the little bird hit its target and quickly banked to avoid any kind of counter attack the Eevee would attempt

"Come on, Eevee, remember how it moves from last time, it can't outmaneuver you if you know what its going to do!" Lily smirked. She could tell that the Pidgey was weak by how it got knocked around by the grazing blow Eevee had given it. 'If Eevee can land a solid blow... That thing probably won't be getting back up.' Lily needed to get that Pidgey down fast. "When you get it in your sights, Eevee, Tackle it!"

Turning to find it, Eevee hopped backwards to avoid another attack from the Pidgey. The two stared each other down for just a moment, then Eevee went for another Tackle, only this time, he ran in a zig zag pattern rather than straight at Flutter. The Pidgey's eyes darted back and forth, watching the Eevee before it got close enough to leap.

Alex hacked violently as Chell dragged him to the gym. "I'd have come. You didn't have to..." He coughed. "...Drag me over here."
He gasped for air as Cecily and Rhodes moved around him looking concerned, Horus bleated as if it thought it should be concerned but wan't sure.

Darrel sat up in the stands with the others as he watched Lily battle. He watched her battle style with curiosity. "I'm not sure Lily can win this." He declared, suddenly deadly serious once the battle began.
"I can't exactly deny she's got a tenacious style, but she has no strategy. She can't pull a win like that without a lot of luck. And from her last match I can bet luck's not on her side."

"How did the last match end exactly Darrel?" Jason asked, taking a seat beside him in the stands as Bagon jumped up to sit beside him. Jason quickly put him in his Pokeball so he would stop disturbing others, and waited to hear what Darrel would say.

"Judging from Falkner's taunt of, and I quote, "You couldnt even stand against my first pokemon for more then a minute", then I'd say the last match went horrible for Lily." Said Gereld, who was seated not very far from Jason and Darrel, and, in his anxiety had become somewhat irritable.

"Oh yeah, go on about how she'll lose when she's on the spot. Charming group of people I'm with..." Matt muttered to himself as he kept watching the battle.
"Come on, you can show that over grown chicken who's boss" Matt said somewhat louder.

The Pidgey couldnt predict the Eevee's pattern, and before it could come up with a reaction the Eevee leaped up at it with a tackle, knocking the little bird to the ground painfuly. It got up, only barely and obviously on it's last legs from the blow, but was raring to fight. Falkner shook his head.
"No, you did enough for now, Return" he said as he held out the pokeball and the Pidgey was removed from the field. "Well then, congratulations. You managed to beat a Pidget WITHOUT getting obliterated again, now lets see if you can handle the next step up" he said as he reached for another pokeball, then stopped. This was going to be an endurance battle for him so he decided to save some of the stronger ones for one of the other, more prepared trainers. He decided on one pokeball and released it, a rather bold and nasty looking Spearow popped out, Leering at opposite trainer and her pokemon.
"Okay then, ready for the second round?" He asked Lily
