"Its a Doughnut....with wings, Steve the day we planned for has finally come!" shouted Chell
"Munchlax Munch?" asked Steve.
"Holy Planetpus, you're right the wings are cotton candy, thats just...Orgasmic." she said.

"Steve tackle that confectionery treat!" she calls


Steve ran full speed at the snack food tackling it right in its head/chest/entire body.

"You show that delicious looking thing how its done Steve." she calls

Gereld glared at Chell for her false acusation. Returning to his seat, he sat while making a rather loud and angry grunt. A few seconds later, after he had started to think about something other then strangling Chell with bits of her own mentally deficient brain, he nearly yelled out in even more indignation, realizing that he was supposed to go next, not that crazy *****.

Alex grumbled "Orgasmic...grrr... Stupid bird." Alex grumbled indignantly. "Oh! Darrel, can I have Cecily back?"
Horus bleated as he rubbed against Alex's leg and Rhodes chittered excitedly as he flew gracefully in circles.

"Oh!" Darrel said, suddenly distracted from his attempts to single-handedly flirt Lily into oblivion. "That's right. Here." He fished into his belt and came up with the Pokeball labeled Cecily on it. He handed it back to Alex and said "Luckily I didn't even need her."

 

[Zirat]

"Hey, my birds are not snacks!" Falkner called when Steve tackled the Swablu and looked like he was... licking it. "Break free with a Fury Attack!" he ordered, and while stuck in Steves embrace of death the Swablu's eyes seemed to flare up as it unleashed a bevy of attacks on the walking stomach.
After five waves of pecking and scratching it managed to strike itself free from his grasp.

Matt was just looking at all of this bemused, it was so surreal it was like a dream. Gereld was staring daggers at Chell and Alex seemed to be locked in with one thought on his mind, and it didnt take much to realize it had something to do with Chell.

Lily shot a glare at Darrel, who was feeling awfully confident in himself. "Well, Darrel, let's put things in perspective. I just beat two of Falkner's Pokemon using one Eevee that I caught yesterday afternoon. I had never used a Pokemon in my life. In fact, I caught this Eevee by tackling it to the ground and wrestling it into submission. Before today, I fought 3 trainer battles. That's all, and I still beat two Pokemon of a Gym Leader. You, on the other hand... You've had that thing for a while now." She pointed at Spike's Pokeball. "You know how to use it and use it right. Yet you barely managed to beat one Pokemon. I'd give you a 3.5 out of 10." A sarcastic smirk spread across her face. "You can go sit down now."

"Hey, that's not nice!" Darrel shouted in an indignant manner. "You've used that Eevee just as much as I've fought with Spike! And besides, all you did was fight some under-leveled Pokemon with a rare, really tough Pokemon while I took on a bird that had two type advantages over mine! You can take your 3.5 and shove it, I deserve a medal for what I pulled off!"

He walked away and sat by Matt, huffing in a seemingly hurt way, though it was becoming obvious he was merely being facetious. Spike popped out of his ball long enough to stick its tongue out at Lily before nearly falling over from exhaustion and going back inside its little home.

Alex caught Cecily's pokeball one handed and released her from it. He sat down and patted her on the head. "It's ok. You'll get a turn in a battle... Just like I'll get my turn in..." He was cut off by Cecily chomping down on his leg. "YOOOWWW!!!" She gave him a glare. He picked her up and began petting her. He turned to Darrel "Ouch man. Sorry 'bout that one."

Jason moved from his seat in the stands so that he could sit next to Lily, taking the spot were Darrel. His Pokeball opened, releasing his Bagon which sat down beside him.

"That was a pretty nice battle Lily, I knew you were going to beat him from the start." Jason said, watching Chell's fight that was just starting.

"Type advantages don't matter if the Pokemon doesn't use moves of the type!" Lily shouted back, excited that she knew that. She had merely pieced that one together based on her fight with the monk's Bellsprout in the Tower, yesterday. Matt's Pokemon hadn't done any extra damage to its opponent until it used a Fire move.

Done with Darrel, she turned to Jason. "Thanks, Jay... Its good to know someone else has faith in me. You are definitely gonna rock your battle!"

"It DID use moves of the type!" Darrel called back, not even bothering to turn to face her.

 

[Vesuvius Hetlan]

Alex agreed. "He actually used low kick. Which considering it's target...was an awful Idea... And I had faith in you! I have faith in all of my friends!!" He gave both Darrel and Lily a big thumbs up.
Cecily hopped off his lap and Horus leaped on giving Alex a brutal blast of static.

"If thats not a bird its totally a doughnut, I mean really. Steve don't take no crap from that thing kick its powder sugared ass."
"Use Oder sleuth, make it harder for that thing to avoid you. the Lay into it hard with a tackle attack."

Steve took a deep whiff of the Swablu, the lack of doughnut smell confuzzled the Munchlax for a moment, but he had its scent. He once more slammed into the bird with the full force of his massive girth.

"Don't let Darrel get on your nerves, he's just happy about winning against one Pokemon. Thanks for believing in me, and you were brilliant." Jason said, whispering the first part and leaning back against the stands behind him while his Bagon got a little bit more rest before his battle.

Before Jason could relax, Darrel was leaning on his shoulder, yawning a bit as if to appear casual. "Hey, uh, dude? Between you and me? My dad has to communicate with people by text, because I hear everything. If they measured hearing I'd be up in the top 10, man. So seriously, if you've got something to say say it to my face, ok? We're all friends here."

 

[Zirat]

The blubbery pokemon charging into the small bird knocked it backwards and into the air, but it spread its soft, fluffy, wings and easily caught the air, recovering before it hit the ground and making a slight circular path overhead of the Munchlax.
"Okay then girl, time for a special trick. Use Sing to open up a chance to attack" Falkner said, and the little bird opened it's beak and began to make sing a light, soothing melody that was assured to cause drowsiness.

Matt rolled his eyes at how much of a big deal this was starting to turn into and felt that he needed to say his piece. "Oi, would both of you kindly quiet down? Running commentary is nice and all but arguing over a battle is getting annoying, dont'cha think? So for the meantime, either..." he would have loved to go on, but was cut off by a large yawn brought on by the Swablus song.
"Nevermind, just... kinda tone it down. I'm trying to watch my friends battle here" he said tiredly as he tryed to stay awake and focus on what was going on.

"Well you were giving Lily a hard time when she beat two Pokemon with her one Pokemon. What was it that you beat? A natu with mankey, and you only had to fight one Pokemon?" Jason said back, showing no guilt at Darrel finding out what he said.

"Come on, man, lighten up a bit!" Darrel said, looking down at his nails as if he were examining them for whatever reason. "I'm kinda big on Pokemon research, so I know my stuff, so trust me when I'm telling you her win wasn't as big a miracle as you're all making it out to be. Eevee are strong. And really rare, in fact; the real miracle here is that she got her hands on one of 'em. But once she's in a match it isn't gonna be all that big a stretch to take on low level bird Pokemon."

But then he shoved his thumb into his own chest, to identify he was talking about himself. "And not to overblow my own accomplishments but a Natu is a psychic and bird type. A Mankey is a fighting type. I'll let you figure that one out on your own, but what I'm saying is that it's actually pretty obvious why you all are really taking her side."

He didn't bother to spell it out, but made a very flagrant glance at her chest to give Jason an idea of what he meant.

"Darrel... I'm taking her side because I think of her as a friend, and because most of you take her victory as nothing more than a coincidence. I think it's awesome that she one, not only because she beat Falkner but she beat two Pokemon when all of us got lucky and only need to beat one." Jason said with a sigh.

Bagon got to his feet and let out a low rumbling noise directed at Darrel. It was very loyal to Jason, despite having only been with him for a short period of time. Jason was thankful for this, and petted Bagon on the head to let him know to relax.

"I don't really have anything against you Darrel, I just think she did an amazing job, and it sucks that only a few of us feel this way."

Darrel continued to try to act aloof about the entire thing, but he was starting to get a little annoyed that people were taking Lily's side when she had started the hostility for no other reason than "She was their friend" although they had known Darrel for approximately the same amount of time.

"Man, I GET that." Darrel asserted, a slight edge to his voice. Not hostility, but extreme annoyance. "I'm not saying she's some talentless hack like you all keep thinking I am, all right? What she did was pretty cool, especially for a new trainer. But nobody here's a veteran, we're all new at this! And beating two Pokemon with an Eevee is good, okay? It's very, very good. Now set that Eevee up against a Hitmonlee or something, and then if she wins I'll call it amazing. All I'm asking for is a little respect where it's due."
