Name: Sydney Hobbs
Age: 12
Appearance:<spoiler=Sydney> http://th02.deviantart.net/fs4/150/i/2004/237/d/a/Cold_but_not_Alone.jpg
Hometown: Violet City
Bio: For as long as he could remember he's been homeless, without a family, and hungry. He can't exactly remember where he came from or how he even got to Violet City but he has spent his last seven or so years in there. Throughout his life he's had to scavenge for food and takes regular abuse from the local children. As if digging through garbage cans isn't bad enough, the stones and verbal abuse doesn't help much for his self-esteem.
Several months ago, a Poochyena began following him around the town; watching him but keeping it's distance. When he would look up after turning a corner, there it was. When he would surface from the lake near Spout Tower (much to the local's displeasure), there it was. It has followed him in the rain, snow, hail, wind, and even the blistering heat.
He can usually be seen wandering near the pokemon center and scavenging in the Gym's dumpster.

Sid glanced from left to right, to make sure the coast was clear. He wasn't supposed to be behind the gym but he regularly came back because of the rich bounty that was usually in the dumpsters. Sometimes, if he was lucky, one of the trainers from inside would throw something they didn't need anymore like stale bread and the lake wasn't too far either so he could always get something to drink. As far as he knew he was the only homeless person in Violet City, so he had all the garbage and sleeping spots to himself.
The only person in town who'd ever shown him some kind of kindness was the nurse at the pokemon center. If there was an extra room, he'd have a place to sleep for the night; but if there were trainers there who needed the rooms because they had injured or sick pokemon in treatment, he would sleep outside near the ventilation shaft where the warm air came out. For the past few days he's been sleeping outside but he always managed to stay warm, he didn't know exactly why but he had a good idea.
He turned around and there it was just sitting there watching his every move, a wild Poochyena. It had always followed him around, keeping its distance but showing up in the middle of town to watch him. It just sat there, it's yellow eyes staring him down.
"You're back again? What do you want?" He asked the pokemon.
"Pooch!" It barked and ran back into the woods.
