After a while of flying, Timea reached the shores of the mainland once, flying closer to the ground to avoid detection. With how far away she was away from Pallendein, the flame from the temple didn't provide too much illumination, but with her ability to see in low-light condition, she managed to make out what was where without all too much trouble. Flying closer to the river, Timea sniffed the air, searching for Sibylla's scent.
Catching it soon enough, Timea followed it, descending as she saw the lantern light of the barge. When close to the ground, Timea dropped the shark, and touched down some metres in front of it. On the ground, she made her way to Silbylla and Hillary on foot, turning back to her default form as she walked.
"I'm back!" she called out to the two, her voice subtly showing some distress.

"I'm back!" she called out to the two, her voice subtly showing some distress.
"Timea your back!" Hillary scooted closer to Timea once her voice was heard. "We talked to these guys on a boat, and they said why they set that tower on fire, and why they were on a boat, and.... um... OH YA!" Hillary started to list off some of the things they'd done in her absence, then remembered the cactus.
"There's a weird cactus that's got his arms up like dis, and we didn't know what to do with it." Hillary informed her, sticking her arms up in a similar manner to how the cactus had its arms up.

"I've never seen a cactus before", Timea responded, wondering what it could be upon seeing how Hillary held her arms. "But we could have a little look at it in the morning, I suppose. For now, let's go have a meal. I left it this way." Turning around, Timea made a waving gesture with her hand, then began walking back to where she had left the shark.
"So, what did those people just now tell you? Anything useful?" she questioned as she walked, addressing no one in paticular.

"But I'm not really hungry for more shark." Hillary said rather meekly. but followed Timea regardless.
"They said they were delivering stuff to a Calibert place, and that's the same name as the tower that's on fire aaaaallll the way over there." Hillary pointed to the giant sword in Palladien. "It's got lots of trees and grass and stuff apparently." Hillary explained a bit more.

Sibylla and her snakes were extremely startled by the unknown entity hitting the ground, but they calmed down as they noticed it was Timea. She followed along at Timea and Hillary meandered off.

"Calibert? I think you mean Calibeth?" Timea question, drawing the conclusion when Hillary mentioned the growth in the area. "Either way, did you girl manage to learn anything about people appearing from other worlds? And did you find a place to sleep?"

"Uh, ya that one!" Hillary nodded on the mention of Calibeth. "Sybilla was about to go into the city, but then they started the fire there, and we didn't really know what to do about that. So we didn't ask anyone there about it. And... well I didn't really know where to sleep with all the sand everywhere." She said sadly, feeling disappointed that she hadn't really gotten much done with the time she had.
"Ya, I dun wanna rot. It sounds icky." Hillary said as she shook her head quite quickly, spraying some sand around.

The library was mostly just for naval and ocean-related matters, so Cybil would be unable to get any religious texts. However, a clerk would direct her to the temple, as it would have a number of religious books.
"So you two didn't have ideas on what would make for a good sleeping place in a desert, hmm? Well, that's all right. I'll teach you after we had food", Timea responded, giving a small laugh. "And tomorrow, once we found a more suitable place to sleep, we'll go around asking questions. I, for one, would like to know why the moon vanished... . It would be called a sign of the end times, on my world. But everyone in the city is calm about it, so... I assume this is normal?"

Robin wasn't sure whether to be amused or exasperated when they were directed back to the temple, but spent a little while looking over the books for ones about naval strategy.

"They could've let you cut your own food, that's hardly a big stretch", Timea said in turn, wondering how sheltered of a life Sibylla has lead. "Either way, since you haven't, I'll show you. Come on over", she added, holding out her non-taloned hand. While doing so, she looked to Hillary.
"You pay attention, too, Hillary. Even if you don't eat meat, it's still a good thing to know how to do." Saying that, Timea posted, then said, "And, no. At this time, and with so little clouds in the sky, the moon should be visible. That's nothing to say of that I actually saw it disappear in an instance, while flying over the sea."
