Anik followed the others as well. When she heard Mochán, she said:
"I can carry you if you want."

Then, to the others, mainly Heno, because he had it:
"Now. Water."

Speedy wondered how a plant could emit light. Thinking maybe it had science in it - or magic, whatever it was called here - he jumped off the window and searched for the boat.

Heno unloaded a bunch of water skins... A lot of water skins "Now, remember. You must take small sips. Your body will not take the water if you drink it all in one go." Heno advised as he passed around the water skins.

Cybil did whatever was required of her to make the plot move, since there was nothing else worth doing and nothing at all to talk about.

"You could not have dropped me on my face." Robin pointed out to Aqua. He took a skin from Heno, laid his coat on the sand like a blanket, and had a sip. "Everyone alright?" he asked his teammates.

[color=006d5b]"I'm fine."[/color] Matilda said, sipping the water Heno had offered her.
Mochán walked up to Anik and purred softly. [color=32127a]"Sounds good to me."[/color] he replied.

Speedy would be able to find the boat quite easily. As he approached it, Mikka and the other man came up behind him, Mikka carrying a fairly large sack.

"Well... has anyone ever tried asking?" Timea questioned. "Or don't the gods normally not speak to their followers?"

Jane looked around, silently wishing they were walking through a field rather than a desert.

Homer seemed to be enjoying the march, but stopped with the others.

"Good to hear." Robin said to Matilda with a nod.

Cybil sat and rested and waited, since that was absolutely all there was to do until enough time had passed that everyone could start moving again.

 

[Silence]

Anik sipped the water, then took Mochán on her lap, stroking him a little.
"Now you can teach me a little magic?" she asked.

Speedy hopped on the boat, searching for more flowers/watching the bag, if there were flowers inside.

"Are you alright?" Robbin asked Cybil.

"I... I don't think anyone has." the priestess replied, as she considered what Timea had said.

Speedy would find himself at the feet of another shoeless person, with brown skin. In her arms were a few of the glowing red plants. "We've got a rat-thing on board." she called out, to someone inside the boat, before walking away, towards Mikka. "If there's more than one, we can make a stew."

 

[Silence]

Now or never, Speedy thought. He started his jetpack with a BANG, probably startling the people on the boat, flew near the arm of the woman, grabbed one flower with his teeth, and started to fly off the boat again.

"Now I don't know what styles you can teach me ... maybe something combat oriented, strength or ...
I had an idea. Do you have something against undeads?"

 

[Chungus]

"Well, I'll be sure to do it, if any of them happen talk to me again", Timea said, giving a single, dry chuckle. Pausing, Timea shifted her weight, then asked, "Two more questions, then I'll be on my way. One, do you happen to know if there is a god of travel out there, somewhere? People, have been appearing here from whole other worlds, and every thing that's strange to me has been the work of a deity, so I do think this could be the work of one, too."

 

[Drakmorg]

Cybil could only give an incredibly basic reply of, [color=9f2089]"Pretty tired, but otherwise alright, yeah."[/color] to his incredibly basic question.

"Now I've heard of variable stars before, but I don't think I've ever seen this."
EMily, whose eyes were one of the few pairs that could withstand the sun's bright light, looked up at the sun. She examined its blackbody radiation to determine its temperature.
I wonder if it's hotter than our sun from Earth. Perhaps it spontaneously turned into a blue giant. Although I've never heard of such a thing.

"Again?" the priestess asked, a little surprised, before continuing, "None that I've heard of. I don't know anything about the Vesh'Rah or elven gods, though. Maybe check with them." The priestess thought for a few seconds, and then said, "There might even be gods out there that nobody worships any more."

The woman jumped at the loud bang, staring at Speedy in shock. "What the-" she said, watching the hamster fly off.

[color=32127a]"Undead? I think so."[/color] Mochán's collar began projecting a computer screen, and he scrolled through a long list of items, which included the group's supplies. Finally, he selected a book, and it thudded into the sand next to Anik.
[color=006d5b]"Why don't you try those Faotar miracles?"[/color] Matilda suggested to Anik.

EMily would find that the sun was only slightly hotter than Earth's. However, not long after she started examining it, it suddenly reverted to its original colour, with a temperature almost the same as the sun on Earth.

Hearing something about the miracles, Robin took his holy book out, then looked to Cybil. "Heat getting to you?" He levitated a water skin over to her.

"Thank you, Heno."
EMily dropped her head back down after a few seconds after the sun had reverted back to its original color. She then took a skin of water from Heno and took a sip.

"Hmmm... most interesting. The star seemed to have translated from a small blue star back to an average yellow star, with all the expected blackbody radiation curves. Fascinating."
