"Like I said, fair enough. It was just a suggestion"
"That was an awkward misunderstanding, I guess I'll add it to the list of things that aren't my finest moment. I hope it won't keep growing this much"
"On a different note, where are we going after this? Going to the far west will require a ship, preferably one that can handle an engine, so we don't spend hours at sea. But we don't know what's east or north of the city. Going on foot, it could be days before we find something even slightly interesting."
