Mt. Faotar - Day 11 - 21:14
Two minutes after leaving the inner chamber of the cave system, Timea neared the entrance. With moonlight flooding in, she stopped breathing out sunlight, and began running up the slope. When at the mouth of the cavern, she pushed off the edge at full force, leaping out. During the time she was airborne, Timea turned into her falcon form, and began flying southwards, going at her usual cruising speed of 30 km/h. As she flew, Timea had the fire blanket covered again, so it wouldn't prematurely alarm potential prey.
Steppe - Day 11 - 21:26
Reaching the steppe in-between the mountain range, and Meltha, Timea stopped beating her wings, and soared as she searched the ground below. It didn't take long for her to spot a set of tracks belonging to large, even-toed animals. Following the tracks, Timea spotted what they belonged to, four minutes later; a small herd of bison.
After a couple of minutes of checking the herd out, judging who was with calf, Timea went into a dive. Swooping in, Timea brought down her feet against one of the bison, toppling it over, and causing serious injury. Flapping her wings after swooping down to gain altitude again, Timea looked behind her, and judged her prey wouldn't be getting away, being hit like it was. She took this chance to catch a second bison before the now-panicked herd moved away.
Picking up speed, Timea flew after the herd, picking her second target. She positioned herself behind a bison, swooped in on it, hooking the talons into the flanks. This first strike fumbled, though the gashes made the bison stumble and drop down, allowing Timea to land in-front of it, turn around, and grab it by the throat with her beak.

"Alright. So that's why they are neutral to us, probably." Anik asked. "But this is only the case with this pack, right? You aren't the leader of all the wolves?
I'm ... kind of wondering, because you said you could send people after this Quan Chi. Can you communicate with them directly? Or ... would you try to do something with your wolves?
Because all other gods we met, they could not talk to us per se, unless we were right in their domain. Or does your domain consist of the whole north, and you could talk this way? I had presumed not, as I did not sense anything when I did the ritual for endurance."

Steppe - Day 11 - 21:32
With her beak on the second bison's throat, Timea fired her entropy beam at it to sap it from its energy, and finish it off. With this done, Timea released her grip, and walked over to her first target with a quick trot.
The first bison had tried to get away, but was too injured to get far, collapsing again after standing up and moving a few paces. Seeing the bison had no chance of escape, she began firing her beam on the approach, finishing it off soon after she reached it. With both animals dead, Timea gave her silent respects, then flew up, picking up each body by a leg, then making a U-turn, and heading back to the mountains.

After the twelve minute flight, Timea flew into the entrance to the caverns again, beating her wings more to slow down, and dropping the two bodies. Landing, she reverted back to her default form, as it appeared before, then looked for Anik, having the hide that covered the blanket retract, as she did.

Anik was still inside the cave, sitting with the wolves, killing time with creating water from her water ring. When she heard Timea approaching, she got up and walked towards her.
"Hello again." she said, smiling. "Did your hunt go successfully?"

Not seeing Anik near the entrance, Timea sniffed the air, finding her scent further in. Walking further, Timea met Anik at the halfway point between the entrance, and inner chamber.
"Certainly!" she responded, cheerily. "I caught two big, cow-like creatures. They're not as large as those seals were, but I won't have to hunt, tomorrow morning with this catch. I hope wasn't away for too long, however?"

"That's very nice." Anik said cheerily. "Really good.
But no, I barely had to wait." she added, being used to way longer wait times. "Now I am getting kind of hungry as well, however. Should we head back down?

Timea was happy she hadn't kept Anik waiting for too long, this having been a worry in the back of her mind.
"Well, I wanted to ask if we could stay in this cave, until tomorrow. Since, if we first are going to eat, we might be exhausted before we reach Meltha." With this said, Timea looked towards Faotar.
"Would this be allowed?" she asked.

"Thank you." Anik said. "But I guess we rather don't make a fire in here, right?
Still, this seems protected enough from the cold.
And if it is too cold, we could sleep with the wolves." she joked.

"Thank you", Timea said gratefully, then looked back to Anik.
"We'll eat by the entrance, Anik. This way, we'll own have our personal space. Or, more so than if we'd stay here", she stated, then turned around, and began heading back to the entrance. "I'll go retrieve your meal. Do you want me to get your bag, too?"

"Alright, this does make sense." Anik stated. "I'll ... wait here, I think I should not go too close to the cliff without you.
Anyways, yes, it would be good if you would retrieve my bag as well. More things to cover myself with, and more things to get a more balanced meal."
