The sorcerer was obviously unsure about this but, since Speedy was being so insistent, he placed his hand next to Speedy and created a few sparks of electricity which would leap from his fingertips onto Speedy.

Mt. Faotar, Caverns - Day 12 - 10:00
"Let's hope so", Timea stated, stepping over to the bison, and began preparing the meat. While doing so, she held the ribs from the larger bison over the fire to start roasting.
"Why do you think it is, however? You sleeping better?" she asked as she worked. Timea had an idea of why it was, but wanted to know what Anik thought.
Mt. Faotar, Caverns - Day 12 - 10:00
"Hmm ..." Anik thought. "First of all, we are out here. There is not much to distract me. But ... maybe because I am feeling slightly better at this point? I ... we know what our goals are, I'm not completely lost anymore. And I ... I am not only doing stupid things anymore. So that's good.
Also, I have come to trust you enough that I feel very safe around you. And I don't need to wake up startled, if I just hear something rustling. I guess it is all of these things combined. I don't feel like crying all the time anymore."
She followed Timea to the carcasses, remembering which one the caribou was from the last night. Feeling inside it, she cut out some smaller organs, to prepare for breakfast.

"Aww~" Timea cooed. She stopped what she was doing, and laid down the ribs, then turned off the fire, and leaned closer to Anik. After snapping her fingers, she pulled Anik's hair aside, and nuzzled Anik's neck. "That's nice to hear."
Turning the fire on again, she continued what she was going. "Personally, however, I think it is because you're getting more and more in touch with yourself. I don't feel most of those other points have changed all too much."

Anik blushed again when Timea nuzzled her neck, still not really getting used to it.
She said: "More in touch with myself? ... what do you mean by that? I don't really understand. I still can't control my feelings, they are just ... different. And I still feel like punching things more often than not, but it is slightly less as before ... at least I think as long as I don't meet Quan Chi or someone again."
Anik blushed again when Timea nuzzled her neck, still not really getting used to it.

Timea smiled a little seeing Anik blush again, still finding the reaction funny, while at the same time, happy Anik didn't dislike it.
"Well, you've progressively been getting more open, and... , free-er? More freely? ... You know what I mean. You've lost more obstructions, over time. And of course, other problems aren't as easily solved, but I do think this helped you", Timea explained, then more cheerily asked, "wouldn't you say?"

"Hmm ... probably?" Anik said, still not completely sure what Timea meant. "Well, I guess I am more free and open in the bounds I have ... especially with you I have been getting more open." She smiled. "Yes, I think this helped me, but I really don't think this is only because of me. You helped me getting a lot more confident, as well ... to be honest, earlier I was quite afraid of saying something to you that you would not like, and would just send me away. Now ... now I'm not really afraid saying anything to you anymore, not even things I know you don't really like."
After washing the meat, Anik used the sword again to hold it over Timeas blanket.
"Hmm ... probably?" Anik said, still not completely sure what Timea meant. "Well, I guess I am more free and open in the bounds I have ... especially with you I have been getting more open." "That's good. You shouldn't be afraid to speak your mind. After all, it's hardly as if a disagreement is going to force us apart. Those can be resolved. Why, by agreeing to disagree, if needed." She paused for a moment, then continued, speaking more seriously. "If we are stating early feelings, then I must say; I was tempted to tell you to go away, back when you told me what you did, near Utarra. But, I saw you were reaching out, and that turning you away then, wouldn't benefit anyone. I am very happy I made that decision. Now - for all the hardships in this journey - I'm happy to have it with you."

I think I needed someone like you to carry me over the worst parts. I ... think I get it now, what you mean by that I'm more in touch with myself."
She shook herself, and continued, in a slightly ironic tone of voice: "But enough of that. You are making me feel all kinds of feelings again. Good feelings. But I need to prepare breakfast now." She laughed, but looking closely, Timea would see a single red tear running down from under Aniks blindfold.

Timea let out a laugh with Anik. Noticed the tear on Anik's face, but not noting much in the way of negativity in Anik's behaviour, figured it was a tear of happiness, and only smiled at the sight. "You're not wrong~", she answered, cheerily again.
With the ribs finished roasting, Timea began biting in to the meat. While doing so, Timea took out some of the bison's organs she had cut loose, and put these closer to the fire, to start roasting too. While chewing a bite, Timea let out a "hmm!" and after swallowing, said, "I finished the carvings in the times I kept watch, by the way. If you want to feel them, both are in your bag."

Anik took her meat off the blanket, and smelled it, guessing that it was finished. She waited until one had cooled off.
"Ah, nice." she said in response about the carvings, happily. "I want, I will."
With the hand she had free, she felt for and inside her bag, not turning to it as it was unnecessary.
After some time, she found one, and felt all sides with her hand and her fingertips.
Anik took her meat off the blanket, and smelled it, guessing that it was finished. She waited until one had cooled off.

Anik found the second statuette Timea had been working on. This were of three human-shaped figures if varying sizes. Feeling the shapes of it, Anik might find it was of herself, Timea, and Hillary, positioned from right to left, in that order.
Anik was posed with one hand on her hip, and her head tilted a little to the right, and a wry smile on her face. Timea was posed giving Anik's head a poke from the left, and a cheeky smile on her face. Hillary was positioned sitting on Timea's right shoulder, and posed with her hands thrown into the air, laughing.
With the rock the statuette was carved out of not having been particularly large, any further details would be difficult to make out.

Not knowing how the three looked, Anik had no reference of how good the statuette was, but as Timea had already explained what it was, she knew who it should show. Judging by the different sizes and the blindfold, Anik was able to correctly guess which model was who.
She took some time, feeling and stroking the statue with her thumb. Finally, she laughed and smiled and said: "It is very good! I like it. I love these little statuettes, I should learn to do something like this as well. This is art I can appreciate." Cheerily, she laughed again, then sat the statuette down next to her bag. "Hmm. Well, you couldn't really do carving like into rock. But wood, that should be doable", Timea responded, then glanced up, musing aloud. "Although I would suppose it depends on the type of wood. Some are of course harder than others. And how well your tool would be shaped... ."
