I had Osgood Schlatter's 'disease' when I was 13/14. It's an inflammation around the knee which is best treated with minimal stress ie, little walking. However, at the time, I was one of my schools prime sprinters and my sports teacher insisted I kept on running. One knee was already affected, but he insisted to keep my fitness up I still tried to jog during normal sports class. I literally felt a 'twang' and fell onto the floor dramatically because my leg stopped working for the day. It was ridiculous how swollen my knees were and because the one person who should have known I was meant to be on the sidelines insisted I kept going, I was out of school for 3 months.

Oh, also I have a daughter and was with the mother for the entirity of her 62 hour labour. Childbirth wins, hands down. At one point, she was begging for it to be over and said she had to give up because of the pain and she was exhausted. The doctors still refused to give her anything because it's NHS guidelines not to give any higher form of analgesic until the mother is dilated to a certain point. That was fucking ridiculous.

The worst pain for me, was probably getting my hand crushed under a steel plate that weighed about 200 kilos.
Mind you i had my hand curled to a fist at the time.

II don't have anything bad to say here. Most events were more traumatizing (because of my age at the occurance of the event) than painful. I guess one time I stepped on a nettle, you know, those plants with the poison thorns that amplify pain x5. It hurt like crap, because I got like 6 thorns stuck in my foot. that's x30 pain.

I'd have to say there is no worse pain imaginable than a migraine. I've bust my head open, stabbed myself through the foot, had a tooth pulled, fell down a cliff, got sunburnt *there*, kicked in the crotch, smashed in the head with a steel bar, got chilli juice in my eyes, dislocated my shoulder but when looking hurts then "ho boy".
Migraines are merely annoying compared to what I have now, and I used to suffer from migraines constantly. Would rather have those back frankly.
Cluster headaches?
OT: I had my skull cracked once. A guy kicked the back of my head into the ground.
Again with the Cluster Headaches :p (sorry pet peeve at the moment, about 7 people I know claim to have them.

No I have Trigeminal Neuralgia, I outlined it further up somewhere.

mmmmm pain last kidney stone i had lasted 4 or 5 hours at peak pain and had me sweating bullets and hyperventalating stupid me was too damn stubborn to let myself pass out, had other stones but that one was the worst by a few magnatudes and the others were no picnic.

good thing about stones is they only last half a day or night and then fade pretty fast it just getting thru that half day and getting it thru from your kidney to bladder is bloody murder.
You're lucky.

Worse pain by far and I've been through glass doors, had my head busted on concrete, and stapled.

My kidney stone took a good week to develop and it felt like someone was driving a phillips screwdriver into my innards. Then the damn thing decided it was going to mapquest it's way through my entire tract.
Well when i notice it and you can feel them come on little blood in the urine and a general discomfort in the kidney area usually a few days before hand, when it breaks out and it blocks up your urinary tract is when the real fun begins. I just force water down my throat by the glass and keep drinking to force it through that fast and pee every chance it can even if it just trinkle.

I was sick to my stomach that last one i was guzzling water so hard and fast. but really was the lest of my worries since it felt like some had a fork in my intestines or something, that is a really weird pain cause it is just kinda all over in that general area, and was twisting the fork for all their might.

i never sweat like that from pain not even in any of the other kidney stones and i never ever hyperventalated from anything in my life, had broken toes, ribs, fingers, tore my knee to shreds all from basketball, fell out of a tree and landed flat on my back as a kid, fell down stairs, had my skull smashed into a concrete stage in a mosh pit (which really dont count since i did not feel it all all), stabbed myself with a xacto knife and got paint thinner into it, had migraines, cut the tip of my finger just about off.

all of em combined would not equal the pain that last stone caused, remember wishing i would die right then and there it was so painful.

A couple of months ago I was out drunk and fell over vaulting a fence, I fell across the ground and got 8 pieces of gravel embedded into my left hand. I thought it was nothing and slept it off and was rushed to hospital next day due to a dangerous infection, and the skin had grown over the bits of gravel.

My hand was covered in blood and burning, then the nurse had to tear out the gravel with tweezers with no anesthetic.

Wasn't that bad compared to broken bones and such that I've seen on this thread so far but it's been my most painful experience so far.

Woops, I forgot about getting salmonella of a frozen pizza... Worst week of my life.

Having my blood taken by a trainnee nurse.

Not only did it take her about 5 minutes of probing to find my vein but she never took the needle out from under my skin. So all the time she was trying to find a vein with her pointy death stick she was dragging over and ripping through nerves the entire time. I nearly passed out from the pain it caused me.

Having had constipation for so long that my intestines backed up into my stomach, forcing my stomach to remain distended for an extended period of time. Never mind the discomfort of being backed up for that long, pulling a stomach muscle is the worst as there is literally nothing you can do for that pain short of taking controlled substance prescription pain killers, even then, taking ANYTHING orally is tough as it doesn't exactly digest and enter your system in the proper manner.

Pain from my Crohn's Disease before I knew that's what I had. All I could do was lie on the couch.
That used to be mine, as well.

Then I got Swimmer's Ear and suddenly Crohn's felt like sunshine and butterflies compared to it.

When I had to get stitches on the bottom of my foot. The bastard doctor just casually mentioned that the anesthesia that was used on me doesnt work so much on the bottom of feet.... [sarcasm] that was a blast...[/sarcasm]
The actual stepping on the glass didnt hurt that much at all because it happened so fast and it severed the nerve, so you could probably guess why that was relativity painless

Had about 14 stiches in my foot. When I was swimming my left foot got sucked into some glass when I tried to pull it out when I felt something sharp. The ground was muddy.

Uuuh. There are few from my earlier years I don't remember too well but I remember hurting real bad. One when I was 5 and I had to have a lumbar puncture (spinal tap), and when I was 6 an elevator door closed on one of my toes.

Since then, I'd say ear pain from a botched ear irrigation.

Yellow jacket stung me 3 times repeatedly directly at the base of the spinal column. Worst part was, I was camping and we left that same day. I had to sit on it for the 4 hour drive back home.
