Any of the following:

Cathatar (its where they stick a tube up your penis, nice)

Waking up during the operation for the biopsy I had for cancer.

Nausea, sickness and insomnia caused from chemotherapy

The time I had a wooden stick put into my ear for an ear infection

And possibly the worst pain in the world, the pains I had in my phantom arm. Like being electrocuted but surviving.

For me it was when I woke up in the middle of the night with an EXTREME pain in my groin, I couldn't move and had to bang on the wall until my mum came. When I finally could manage to walk to the car, we went to the doctors where he made me Pee in a Test thingy. Oh. My. God. It hurts so badly I'm surprised it wasn't bleeding. And to top it off with embarrassment, the (male) doctor had to "hands-on" so to speak :< .

Other than that the only thing that came close to real pain was when I had to have half my toenail cutoff and then removed, there was some Local in there, but I could still Feel the sensation of having my toenail ripped out, fortunately without any of the pain, but its still gruesome as hell, like having a deep tooth pulled X10

I was getting fitted for ear plugs as I get ear infections from swimming easily and the clay(or whatever) slipped past the fuzz(or whatever) and got stuck to the tube in my ear :D

I was in quite a bit of pain for hours until I finally convinced my skeptical parents to bring me to the hospital where a doctor took control of the situation and used his extensive medical knowledge to YANK MY TUBE OUT OF MY EAR, I almost passed out, it was rather painful.

When I was little I ate way too much candy which lead to something like six cavities. Our family dentist was extremely old fashioned, so, he didn't believe in any kind of painkillers. Six fillings were put in like that, turned out he was incompetent since all of them had to be replaced a few years later. Fail.

Probably falling onto a rail... balls first.

I was out cold for a solid 10 mins apparently.
I couldn't eat for the next 3 days and was in a constant dizzying sickness for a good long time.

Well I was mountain biking and i was telling my friend to watch out for a tree that was in the middle of the trail and as i was telling him with my head turned around i ran into the tree which cause me to swerve off the trail and there were two trees that grew very close together so i was thrown off my bike and dislocated both shoulders.

I don't know what i had was a disease but, i had extreme leg and chest cramps that if i moved, my muscles would all tightened up and i couldn't move while i had to endure 2 minutes of extreme pain and difficulty to breathe. All i did was lie stiff on my bed breathing carefully and the only parts of my body i could move was my head, arms shoulder and my upper chest.
If i had to go to the toilet i had to go when i just slightly felt it and had to inch my way over there and by the time i got to the toilet i really had to go so i timed the going to the toilet part very well.

I dated my first girlfriend for about 2 weeks. Our break up was a bit rough... well, for me it was at least. Apparently I was the "other guy" and was only a tool to make her current boyfriend jealous. I was not aware of this until he and 4 or 5 of his friends jumped me, and proceeded to beat the crap out of me, and duct taped me to a wall. I wasn't exactly the most physically fit person back in those days with a physique of what you'd expect from a high school kid who spends most of his time in front of a computer. All these guys were on the football team. I ended up walking away from that short relationship with several cuts, severe bruising, a few fractured ribs, and a phobia of duct tape (I still flinch whenever I hear the sound of someone unrolling duct tape).

A large blunt object hit me in the head once. I got a concussion and hairline fractures in my skull.

When my cat decided it didn't really appreciate my giving it a home and feeding it and whatnot, and decided to take its claws to my eyeball.

Although being half blind is super fun, as it gives me an excuse to punch people who approach me from my blind side.

Uh. I slipped on some shampoo in the shower and landed on my ass and pretty much shattered my tailbone. I couldn't walk properly for quite a while, and still have trouble sitting down for more than a half-hour, even though that happened like...a few years ago. >:

I have to say it was when I broke my left arm. Though, I was like 5 or 6 then so the pain may have been a bit exagerrated.

Had a muscle infection in my leg once. Imagine if every time you moved your leg every muscle in your body violently spasmed and your lungs just kinda stopped working for a moment. Then like a bad episode of House it just sort of cleared itself up, which according to the specialist that had to fly in from the states, was along the lines of "fucking impossible but what the hell if it's gone."

I still walk with a limp.
I think i might have had that, in both my feet. Pain.
