I would abolish the free market and the world economy, then I would execute the sick, enfeebled, dying, crazy, hateful, ignorant masses (probably 1-2 billion). This is all for the betterment of the human race, and has nothing to do with individual rights.

I'd send my minions out to terraform the whole solar system so that my new solar empire could have enough room and resources to live. I'd then create various new enforcement squads, one fighting against dire puns (with close attention paid to tabloids), another for people abusing grammar (to make it even for everyone, I'd change the official language to Esperanto, Elvish or Klingon, as no-one speaks those), etc. Ground-based public transport would gain nuclear-powered steam trains, and hybrids would be removed from the possession of drivers who made annoying comments about how green they were being despite the fact that they are in some cases worse than other cars.

Dude I kind of hate you, I mean do you really think that the Justin Biebers of the world are going to reach voting age and you will suddenly appreciate their sound. Are you implying that people under 18 don't need to practice their skills in order to improve, in order to aspire to greater things. Can you really put an age limit on a poetic license? Every musician you enjoy started before they were 18, it just takes longer to perfect a sound when you don't run it through the auto-tuner.
